Appearance: Droite relatively tall and of an average weight for her age, but can proudly say that her weight is in direct proportion to her well toned and strong body. Her lime green hair is done up in two twin short pony tails with the aid of her spiked hair bands. Her hair is slightly unruly and has a tendency to flare out giving it more bounce.
Her outfit resembles that of a not-so-conservative- school girl uniform jacket, but in different shades of grey and spiked cuffs at the end of her sleeves. A slightly longer black laced dress can be seen poking out from out of her jacket sleeves and at the hem functioning as the “skirt” portion of the outfit. The collar of her jacket is a little more open than her sister Gauche’s, giving a better peek at her cleavage. The piece to resistance is her yellow handkerchief scarf tied together with a little silver skull and her garter with Leviathan’s Claw on it.
Likes:
*Exploring outside: Going for a walk, a jog or even a hike is a favorite activity of Droites. She likes to stay active even if it results in her climbing a tree for kicks. Shes been trying to make it a daily habit of going for a jog or at least a nice long walk.
*Vegetables: Droite will always enjoy a fresh made salad and enjoys the effoert it takes to walk to the market to buy the ingredients and then preparing the meal herself. Gotta eat healthy to stay in shape!
She’s been trying to get Gauche to eat a salad with her, but to no avail.
*Gardening: Going with her love of vegetables, Droite has come to appreciate the idea of a simple garden. It’s outside, gets you working, and produces a healthy end result all around. She doesn’t do it often due to her lack of patience, but somehow finds the drive to see it through.
*Dancing: Besides the usual means of physical activity, Droite enjoys to dance. Whether that music is being played in the streets, Gauche or Yeager, Droite loves to let loose and dance. She hopes one day she can dance a waltz with Yeager.
*Collecting Skulls: Droite has come to the odd hobby of collecting skulls, small ones or trinkets mainly. It started with her small silver skull adorning her scarf and then blew into a wind blade of epic proportions after that.
*Shopping: Whether that shopping trip is for food or for another interest, Droite enjoys the mindless meandering of window shopping whenever she goes out into the market areas.
*Yeager: Words cannot describe the love and adoration Droite feels for her Step-father Yeager. She will do anything for him without a moment’s hesitation and gives him nothing but respect.
*Gauche: Droite loves her sister dearly and will make every effort to protect her no matter what. They’ve been together through hard times and Droite has great respect for her sister, even if she doesn’t directly show it all the time.
Dislikes:
* Lying around: Droite doesn’t like to be lazy by sitting around or lying in bed. Droite gets this antsy feeling when she sits around for too long. She likes to get out and be active in the fray which is why she doesn’t entirely understand how her sister can sit under a tree and read a book for hours on end. Droite’s probably just really impatient.
*Anyone who messes with Yeager: Self explanatory, anyone who tries to harm Yeager will get a Gale Dance to the face even if Yeager can handle himself.
*Anyone who messes with Gauche: Also self explanatory, even though Gauche can handle herself, Droite still feels protective of her family regardless.
Strengths:
*Running: Thanks to her active lifestyle, Droite is able to run much farther than someone her age probably could. She takes pride in the effort towards her physical appearance.
*Semi-Acrobatic Fighting: Though not as flashy as her sister with acrobatics, Droite can still pull of flips and twists in the air when in the heat of battle.
*Floor Dancing: Both in a casual manner or in the heat of battle, Droite swiftly turns and moves between against and through enemies with her graceful dance-like movements. Her dancing has helped her learn how to interpret a persons rhythm in movement helping her dodge their attacks whenever possible making her a formidable foe to fear.
Weaknesses:
*Gauche: The one thing in Droites life that has been on her heart since the beginning. Droite’s love for her older sister can be her weakness and a possible danger if in the heat of battle. Droite will drop everything she is doing if her sister has been injured or is in grave danger even if they do have moments of bickering between them.
*Yeager: Droite and her sister’s personal savior. Droite would do anything for Yeager and that can be considered both a strength and weakness. Her savior, her father, her idol, all titles she has given to Yeager resulting in her absolute trust and respect. Droite will hang on every one of Yeagers orders and carry them out no matter what.
*Body Limitations: Sometimes Droite will go out on a longer jog then normal or fight more monsters then she really needed to in a single bout and won't feel the effects of her physical activity till the next day. This always an annoyance at first when she was still much weaker, but can be a hindrance ever now if she has sore muscles during an intense battle. The last thing she'd want is a torn leg muscle.
Personality:
Droite is an upbeat girl with an active life style to match. Unlike her sister, Gauche who would prefer to sit and read, Droite likes to get out and run around and be active due to impatient behavior and lack of attention span to really sit down and read a book. Most of her time is spent keeping herself preoccupied with being outside or assisting Yeager, her sister or bothering the other members of Leviathan’s Claw with pranks.
When Droite isn’t being reprimanded for her pranks she is usually hanging around the Manor, but does take the occasional jog into town for a different change of pace. When she is in a public eye, she’s seen physically as a girl with attitude and they are mostly correct. Droite is a girl with attitude but in a charming sort of way and will greet you with a smile unless given a reason to attack you on sight (For example a person attacking Yeager).
History:
It all started when Droite looked up and saw her parents smiling at her. Though Droite was only a baby she knew that these people were her parents, people she automatically loved and adored and smiled at. Then she met her older sister, Gauche, who was two years older than her. Everything was that of a usual household with a new baby and a young older sibling, and Gauche felt those young childhood pangs of being unloved due to baby Droite needing so much attention.
Then one day when their mother was asleep from all her caretaking and their father away, Droite began to cry, as all babies do, begging for her mother or some sort of comfort. Droite, having no idea that Gauche was at a negative standing with her existence at that time, reached out as her older sister was about to prod her and grabbed her finger tightly and stopped her crying. Gauche was absolutely shocked at this action and Droite looked up at her with open eyes. At that moment they were slowly starting to create an unbreakable bond and that bond was soon tested when the Great War fell upon their happy family.
At the age of3, Droite still was unaware of the dangers of the Great War. Her parents were gone and she was left with her older sister and a caretaker. The question of “When will mommy and daddy come back” was always responded calmly with a “Soon, sweetheart” or a “In due time, child”. That was never a good enough answer for Droite, but she still never truly understood the whole severity of the situation as her young age, especially the idea of death and that her parents were never coming back.
After she and her sister were moved to the orphanage, Droite still wasn’t entirely sure of her situation other than her parents were gone and now she was living here at this orphanage with her sister and many other children. Regardless of the hard times, Droite was still able to smile thanks to the love her older sister. Several times they tried to escape (assuming), Droite was a bit older now and understood that not all orphanages were the best idea. Sadly they never really got away and were always taken back, but this time someone else was coming to their aid.
It was a more happy day in the orphanage when a tall, slender and handsome man came in to donate a large sum of money to the orphanage. Droite remembered looking up at the man and being greeted with his kind smile. She promptly looked away with a light blush on her cheeks. From then on Yeager would occasionally come in and visit which made Droite happy as can be since she was able to see Yeager and his smile again and again. The best smile she ever saw on Yeager was when he came over to the girls and proclaimed they were going to stay with him. Droite had never smiled so much in her life at such great news and made a personal promise to herself to protect Yeager always, no matter what.
Slowly Droite has become stronger from the help of her sister, Yeager and the other members of Leviathan’s Claw to hone her skills in battle so that she can protect everyone she cares about at the darkest hour.
